IEO have supplied a revised dataset for Vigo. Some time ago the TGZ at Vigo changed but IEO continued to supply the data referenced to the previous TGZ to the PSMSL for continuity. To avoid problems in the future they have now decided to supply the revised dataset and reference information. The datum remains TGZ(new)with primary benchmark NAPG-470 4.83m abone TGZ. The RLR diagram has been revised to accommodate these changes. RLR factor is now 4.870m
