TGI visited the site on 21.10.2013 to carry out general maintenance. During November it was noted that the gauge was recording ~30 high on the falling tide. From 14.12.2013 the power supply to the tide gauge was out of commission. On enquiry the port confirmed that the cable feed to the gauge was faulty and would not be repaired until the New Year.
