A Lea stilling well gauge was installed in November 1964. From October 1985 the gauge has been an "A Class" bubbler.

The original ND 3667 5081 5.077m above TGZ was destroyed during site re-furbishment. New Primary benchmark also ND 3667 5081 is 5.084m above TGZ.

TGI visited the site on 06.02.2013 to carry out general maintenance and investigate a blocking channel. The primary channel started blocking during March 2013. there were also problems with the secondary channel which was recording a constant value. TGI returned to site on 14.04.2013 to repair both channels, one was found to be blocked while the other had a leaking relief valve. During May the primary channel was again blocking and from mid July 2013 there were also recording issues with the data on the falling tide.

TGI were at site twice during 2014 08.09.14 when they were diving to clear the blocking channel and 05.10.14 for general maintenance and to change the compressor.
