Using information from the NOAA website the RLR diagram has been revised. Primary benchmark remains BM 8 listed as NO 8 1939 in the NOAA report 4.795m above gauge datum.

For information: Data values during the early 1980's appear to be particularly high.This phenomenon could be due to the El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO)as it is mirrored all along the Californian coast.
