Using NOAA information the RLR diagram has been revised. Previous Primary benchmark BM (PBM) no longer appears in the NOAA listings.Secondary benchmark 3 1940 value confirmed as 8.534m above gauge datumin 1990 is still referred to with a value of 8.536m in 1991 and 8.524m in 2003. Primary benchmark is now TIDAL BM 12 1974 15.065m in 1991 and 15.060m in 2003. For Information: Data values during the 1980's can appear high by comparison. This could be due to the El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) as it is mirrored along the Californian coast.
