Using values from the SONEL website the values for latitude and longitude for Degrad des Cannes (Cayenne) have been revised.

There was a change in Chart Datum in November 2013 for Degrad des Cannes the new datum is 10.7cm lower than the old one. The complete dataset recently downloaded from SONEL has been adjusted for this.
