Sea level observation quality control manual published

The Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission have just published a new manual on the quality control of sea level observations. The manual explores the need for quality control, appropriate methods of quality control for different forms of sea level data, metadata requirements, commonly used software packages, and investigates recent developments in automated quality control.
