Station density along some sections of the Australian coast has meant that station codes 601 onwards have been re-ordered compared to those in earlier versions of the PSMSL data set. DATA Data up to 1960 were supplied by the Australian Oceanographic Data Centre N.S.W. Harbour and city area are unstable as they are on filled land.

Supplying authority have confirmed measurement datum is LAT, and the primary tide gauge bench mark, PSM 96052, is 5.008m above LAT. RLR (2009) has been defined as 10.3m below PSM 96052
