Using information from the NOAA website the RLR diagram has been revised. Primary benchmark is now NO 14 1974 3.155m above gauge datum. Previous Primary benchmark NO 5 1954 is still in the NOAA reports at 2.254m above gauge datum - previous value was 2.256m.
