Using information from the NOAA website the RLR diagram has been revised. Previous Primary benchmark BM 4 referred to as NO 4 1937 appears in the 1985 report 4.228m above gauge datum but does not appear in the 2003 report. Primary benchmark is now set to 7330 E 1980 4.456m above gauge datum.
