Data span for Arcachon-Eyrac is now 2001-2009. Therefore with the input of 
the 2009 data the station was made RLR. RLR (2009) is 11.000m below 
TGBM O.B.N3-69. Add 4.482 to all data to refer to RLR (2009)

The data downloaded from SONEL contained additional data points for the 1960's,1980's and 1990's. To accomodate these the complete dataset has been re-loaded.
